If the stats and live scoring are to be trusted, she exhibited a lot of mental fortitude in this match. Any time King tried to change the momentum, Lucie held strong.

I'm also liking it that Lucie seems capable of playing within herself more right now.

We all know she can dazzle when she's in top form, but if she also just keeps the elements of her game under control, there's no reason why she can't beat most of the tour. She doesn't always have to dictate.
