Allez Alizé!!! :D
Feb 14th, 2009, 08:48 AM
she said after her paris quarter finale match that she felt intense pain in her shoulder and doesnt really want to get it worse by playing dubai
she also said that she will go there though and see the wtatour doctor because she doesnt want to pay a bill.
She shouldnt play with her health, she must cure that inflamatory:(
or tank her first round.

Happy that she always erases these frustrating losses by an easy win. Alizé has yet to play on her favourite surface and yet her season looks so bright.
I saw her dramatic match against Jankovic in Paris, I really loved her attitude. She creates such a fantastic atmosphere thanks to her temper. Of course it can be a handicap to be so emotional on the court but it's really a strength too. She finds so much courage & determination deep in herself, always good to see that!
She might not have the game to be top 10 yet but she is totally ready for it mentally speaking. If she keeps on working hard (on her net play & slice especially), she will score something big in her career!
Feb 16th, 2009, 02:04 PM
I m amazed how many hatred alize inspire in GM just in saying that she's not that far from reaching the top10
I'm not sure she's doesnt deserve to enter in it I mean many great players became top10 at that same age.
Her progression is very good, she keeps improving after each tournament, each tough loss she had against the very top players. She worked hard during the off season.
I think she's a very mature and smart girl. She knows that she's not that far from those girls who are already in the top10 for many years now.
She is very emotional youre right but thats the way she is but not the like of past zvonareva who were totally hopeless in the court.
Alize has this big strengh which is to never give up and still fighting and be able to bounce back after disappointed loss she was so close to win(safina, jankovic).Even if she's bothered by her shoulder she decided to keep playing cause she's not the type to give up.She loves playing big tournaments cause she knows she can do something very good.
She has all it takes to be a good top10 imo and she'll probably be during clay season.
And :nerner::nerner::nerner: to the haters

Feb 18th, 2009, 09:50 AM
Well no miracle happened for alize today against a very agressive and in form venus williams who won 6-3 6-2
Alize was really bothered by her shoulder, yelling and protesting about that. She really have to cure that shoulder cause its getting ridiculous now and scary.
Take a break and come back when its ok please!
Feb 18th, 2009, 11:47 AM
Her shoulder was definitely a handicap. She MUST take her time to heal it before it becomes really worrying.
Good tournament Alizé
Feb 18th, 2009, 12:08 PM
wow I couldn't understand her shouts, she has to take a little break if it's disturbing her
Sorry about the loss today, but what can we do, Venus played very well, served great, and we could see that in the 2nd serve it got into Alize and started to make any errors while trying to be aggressive.
Get well, come back stronger
Feb 18th, 2009, 05:18 PM
That shoulder :scared:
Take care about yourself Alizé
Feb 19th, 2009, 05:04 PM
ALize
Feb 21st, 2009, 04:08 PM
well alize must not be too sad about her loss in dubai against venus williams cause she played unbelievable during all the tornament and finally won it.
Alize still learning and realizing what she needs to improve to challenge the best.
I hope she'll play good at IW and Miami. She has nothing to lose ther, she can just win and improve her ranking.:)
GOOD LUCK ALIZE:kiss:
Feb 22nd, 2009, 12:32 AM
She better take that shoulder seriously. I mean just look at sharapova, we don't want that to happen to Cornet.
Feb 22nd, 2009, 08:41 AM
Hi charliflip,I love your sig and couldnt agree more with you, her shoulder must be rested so no tennis now.
I hope she'll take it seriously and come back completely OK
