Sorry for the indicating, but it's not Sushi.
It's Korean food, Kim-Bab.
Kim means seaweed, and Bab means rice in English.
This is one of the Korean famous snacks.

Recipe:
Put the steamed rice on the seaweed, and the spread the rice.
Put the vegetables(especially, picked radish, cooked spinach, ham, cooked carrots, etc.) on the spreaded rice making one direction line with all the vegetables together and then,
Roll it. after slice that roll, It forms like that.

I remember she ate it well ;)
I think her appetite is not that picky...
