guilty, she wasnt even really my fave, but close as i liked her quite a bit and loved her game, but i just had to cry!!! it was too intense. these are the sporting moments everyone is looking for. these rare moments where everything is just amazing and sports help people out of misery.
and look where that brought us. dokic is in my sig now :sobbing:

There were to many people in the room here so I was trying to hold it in. But I felt a wave of sadness and happiness go over me when she had the towel over her face and was crying.

I was totally sulking. Glad I moved from the lounge to my room because my flatmates would not have stopped bagging me out for it!

So proud of Jelena, it was so emotional for her and i think everyone would have felt a touch teary after that match. Jelena has been through so much and this tourny is making it all worthwhile, Congrats Jelena :worship:

I didn't see it but I saw her get a bit emotional in her press conference the other day, she said people didn't know how much it meant to her to get that win. It's nice to see how much she cares.

It was really touching to see. Even non-fans had to appreciate that. She's been through a lot, and you could tell it meant the world to her to win. Go on, Jelena. :hearts:

I know! I just love Wozniacki, and was definitely hoping for her, but this was an incredibly touching and heart-warming thing.

It was so heartwarming after Chakvetadze when she was crying, but even more tonight, smiling away and so proud of herself.
As she should be.
