Good job by Pavly :)

Decent effort by Liv. Considering this was her WTA debut and she was playing a top 50 player, I think she gave a good account of herself. Hopefully she can get a MD WC for the Open now

Pretty good effort Olivia. Dunno who'll get the last two wildcards out of her, Monika and Sophie now.

Well done Anastasia.

I don't know where Nastya's game will take her. This is her first full year on the senior tour.
That's one of the best times for a player. Real money, and you can only go up, for now

Olivia
About the scoreline I expected. Hopefully she can land a MD WC into the Australian Open, but quallies would be okay, too. Better chance for wins in quallies. Good luck in Melbourne.

it's hard to tell what kind of year we'll see from nastya - but winning a small event is something possible, and there's no other way to do that other than winning against lower ranked players as well.

How is 4 games a good effort? unless you mean relative to our other juniors

This year is the worst I've seen the Australian wildcards perform. Usually there are a few that rise to the occasion due to country pride, but this year they've all fallen apart. Maybe they are all focusing on Melbourne?

Hopefully they can draw eachother in R1.
I think that's the only way any of them could win a round. :help:
