The one who has already demonstrated that she is ready to play is Dementieva, who prevailed over the same field of girls at the Olympics. Venus looks good too but only played an exhibition. It depends on draws, doesn't it? I want to wait to see the draws posted.

Would like to see JJ win just to shut up all of the word vomit around this place. Realistically JJ or Ivanovic. But any of Paszek, Rezai, Vaidisova or Mirza would do as well.

Im supporting Venus but in all honesty Im losing interest for the game week by week. Its not the same without Masha and we keep losing great players and we arent left with much to keep us engaged.

I must agree Ive been like this the whole time Maria has been injured and now she's basically out for another month, Im being to get really bored :o
