Warsaw-Henin

Warsaw is back next year, but as an "International" event. So, it's gone down in level, but it's back!
I remember Venus saying she'd love to go back in her USO 4th rd interview this year where she talked about how Polish people loved it, but I doubt she'll go cuz it's probably on clay, and played after the French..

Bali is still there even if it's YEC-B. Just like Doha is not abolished totally.

Modena? Didn't that event last for one year only? If so I don't think we could say it was a tournament with any kind of history.

Japan Open is still there. It just moves to Osaka. The tournament's name is the same.

Knokke-Heist (2001) - Tulyaganova

Both in Belgium. Both on red clay. Both Tier IV. Basically the same tournament that just changed its location. Am I wrong?

I'm interested in events that were abolished with no equal substitution in the same country unless both "old" and "new" tournaments existed before (like Gold Coast and Brisbane).

did it not become Amelia Island which is now Ponte Vedra.

I want Leipzig, Bol, Sopot, San Diego, Waikiola, Antwerp back on the calender

drop Cinncinati, Rome, Dubai  there are no tennis fans there :fiery:, and some clay tournaments there are way too many tournaments on clay out of season and not enough on grass, there should be two grass tournaments Birmingham week.
