Yes and you?

Yep i have been on a few :haha: I went on a date once with a guy that called his mother and her friend to come along with us then when we out for a drink he spilled his drink on the guy next to us after the date he asked me if we were dating.

I've met someone in a party, who was really cool and everything, we hit it off and he aked me for a "date" the day after just to "talk" and "know each other better" I agreed because the guy was quite hot and seemed to have a nice body, anyway we met around 7pm in the cathedral of the city I live on, first he had me waiting like 30 min. and when he finally showed up he started to talk a lot, everything was "fine" until he says he needs to go to this shop that he needs to buy something so we went to that, he was looking for a couge for his apartment, then we went to a park to keep talking, he really was a speaker, he kept talking and talking, he didn't buy me anything he did look interested on me though. Then it was late so each one went to home, he asked me for a second date I said sure. I'd never seen him again.

This was a long time ago like 2 years I was 16 then he was like twice my age, he was a real adult and I was real lost back then so didn't mind. After that I realized I wanted someone more irresponsable and less mature. I really got bored. :o :o

The worst date in recent memory was with an American guy. He was cute and nice body etc.. So we went to dinner and over the course of the dinner conversation I realised that this guy comes from a wealthy american family who have strong ties to the Military..

So the subject goes from the american military background of his family, to who his family voted for in the last election... GOP.. Republican scum..

So I asked him, as a gay man, does he vote differently to his parents and he casually shrugged his shoulders and said No, and that he felt George Bush had been a great president.

I didnt bother arguing, I just stood up (we were having pizza and he looked extremely shocked), and I said 'No offense, but I personally find gay republicans ABHORRENT. I feel you lack pride in who you are, because if you had any shred of pride you could not condone the Bush administration, this isnt gonna work out, have a nice life'...

And I promptly left and rang my friends to have a laugh because, this was actually the 2nd date id been on with an american in about 6 months where the guy turned out to be a gay republican.. Stormed out on that one as well... These days if an american guy asks me out, I have to ask what politicial persuasion he is, and if its GOP/Republican I say No thanks...

3 years ago I arranged a date with one girl I knew ( we had one kiss before that so it was obvious she liked me ), but instead of her one other girl ( who is a friend of the girl that should have come ) appeared. In the end I heardthat girl had a crush on me, took her friends phone and was sending me messages :sobbing:

:haha: That reminds me of the (truly horrible) gay-themed movie Long-Term Relationship. :o There the guy accepts it, goes with him to a convention for gay Republicans and ends up marrying him.

LOL.. Still makes me sick to the stomach to know there is actually a 'convention of gay republicans'..

I find gay republicans about as sensible as 'Jews for Hitler' or 'Blacks who support the KKK'.....

Well mine's not that enertaining, but it was a bad date.

For starters, i met this guy at a club. :o After we met we talked on the phone/text for a few weeks and then decided to go on a date. I had to drive and hour to where he lived and when i was almost there he called me and asked if his little sister and her friend could go along. At that point, i couldnt' say no or turn around and drive home so reluctantly i said yeah.

So it was awkward because these two girls were kinda obnoxious outgoing so they were dominating things. So i called a few of my friends during the date because i didn't want to talk to him. (I tend to get quiet when i'm upset with something...the three of them just thought i was shy.)

So yeah, the time i wasn't on the phone talking to friends, i was barely talking to him. After dinner the girls wanted to see "Step up 2" and the guy i was with didn't stand up to his sister. So i ended up seeing that with them. The only positive is there were quite a few hot guys with six packs in the movie.

He's been trying to call since and when i do pick up he tries to convince me he's better than my boyfriend. :tape:

I think it was the guy that insisted I pick the restaurant, that he was easy and was fine with anything, then whined when it turned out the restaurant I'd picked was known for its wide selections of wines and he wasn't really a wine person.

But, he said, he'd try a wine after all.

The wine list clearly stated which wines you could order by the glass and which wines could only ordered as a full bottle. They also had a few recommendations of wines on a blackboard that could also be ordered by the glass. The guy whined that he couldn't read the board. So I read it for him.

Then the waiter came. Guy wants to order a glass of wine of a kind that's only offered by the bottle. Guy is annoyed when the waiter informs him, kindly, that it can't be ordered by the glass. Guy snaps at waiter, "so, what wines come by the glass then?" Waiter, still quite gently, points to the list on the wine list and to the board. Guy snaps that he can't read the board. Waiter offers to read the wines that are on the board. Guy just shrugs and orders a beer.

And then the guy whined to me that he felt the waiter was very rude!

Ugh!

How someone treats the wait staff is such a good indicator I find...

Once I met this dude on the net who looked about 400% better on Webcam (must be the lighting)...Anyways I went to go meet him and I picked him up in my car, the second I saw him standing there I wanted to just turn around the car and speed off, I'm pretty sure he was wearing almost flood pants...but anyways we went to dinner and the whole time I'm just angry at myself thinking of ways to abort mission but I just rushed the whole dinner, He was taking about Star wars and fuel cells the whole time...

so i figured me being the whore that I am I might as well get some ass out of this, so we fool around and he's horrible in every way..... then he begs me to sleep over....the second the sun comes up I'm like out of Bed being like "Ok, lets go...time to go home" ..it was probably 7 am on a saturday...

Then I drop him off...Go home and I get an email saying "I love you" and that I'm his first kiss

I wrote back "Cool, glad you had fun" then I blocked him

I'll be roasting on the fire down there long before you if that's all it takes to get into hell.

I've got so many disaster date stories to share I don't even know where to begin. Most of them are probably too adult themed for me to share though.

It's pretty rare that I talk about my life on the board but recently (this summer) I've been to an horrible date with a guy I met on a website. I started to talk with him the friday night and he wanted to meet me the day after because he was looking for an appartment near the university and he didn't really know the city so I said yes. (I should have never accepted to do that with I guy I knew for only 12 hours :tape:)

We met in the parking of the uni, we took his car and 30 seconds after starting to look around for an appartment he could rent, he said to me that he was a really bad driver and had 26 registred car crash in his historic. He was driving like a 16 year old girl who just add her licenses, anyways, the guy tuned out to be a real mental case, he told me he wanted to go in Afghanistan to kill every soul living there and he wanted me to go live with him in appart, gosh I started to freak out at that moment.

After visiting several apparts, he wanted me to go diner with him but I resused and said I had to go because I had a diner with my family (which was true, and even if I hadn't had something with my family, I would never have gone somewhere with him again )

Finally before I left, he kissed me in his car and put his hand between my legs and asked me his I had an erection. :o

Once went out with a guy I thought was my type until we were talking about guys at a restaurant and said he loved "skinny, smooth Latino boys 18-25."

I almost choked on my pasta considering at that time I was thirtysomething, Italian, hairy and definitely not skinny.............

I've had so many that it's hard to choose just one  I guess my worst story is the one of my "double date"

So I was suppose to see a guy in a city like 45 minutes away from home, as it was quite far and I wasn't that much into the guy, I cancelled.. Then after that I met on the internet another guy from the same city, I was much moreinto him so decided to go there, and as I wasn't so sure about how it would turn out I texted the other guy I may have a possibility to see him that night but wasn't sure

So I met the first guy and it was like totally horrible, as soon as we met, I could see he wasn't into me AT ALL and he could see the same thing in my eyes  anyway we went to have a drink which lasted about 12 minutes and we left it at that, seemingly both too happy to end that crappy date so far :haha:

So I decide to text that other guy and we arrange to meet a bit later. When I see him coming, my worst fears are met, he's even worse than what I thought (and i'm really not picky when it comes to physical attraction  ). Anyway we go to have a drink, I see the guy is really into me, i'm still really not, but as always, when I guy really likes me I find it so great that I don't have to guts to shot him down directly...

So I agree to have a walk in park near there.. he takes my hand, I let him do it (why ? why ? whyyyyyy ???) he tries to kiss me, I let him do it too (really, I must have left my brain home that day...) So we decide to ga back to his place... Then we run into a friend of his, he introduces me as his boyfriend  :haha: From that moment on I'm getting a little freaked out :haha: But I still decide to go with him to his place... When we arrived there, well it was like the end of the world, I hadn't seen such a mess in my life (and I'm not tidy at all :haha: ) so we went to his room which was the only place almost tidy enough  (okay, that's a lame excuse...) Then he start kissing me again and we end up having sex (yeah, i'm a slut, I know...)

Atfter he's lying in my arms and I'm just getting my brain to work properly again and I hear it scream "What the hell have you done AGAIN" :haha: so I don't know what to say to the guy... and he tells me "greg I love you, you're the one i've been waiting for my whole life". At that point I finally got freaked out (yeah I'm slow sometimes  ). So I tell him he doesn't even know me, I eman the guy didn't even know my full name...

So I pretended that I got a text on my mobile :help: and said that it was my bro, asking where I was coz i was supposed to babysit my nephew (only true part of this is : I have a nephew lol) so he says "Really ? You're sure you do not say that to get away from me ?" and I answer him "Of course not, do you really thing I'd have sex with you and then just leave" (I'm a good liar  ) so he seems to be feeling better and let me leave...

I kept answering his text for two days, then pretend "I was not sure I wanted to have someone" and that "it was going too fast for me" (yeah coz before being gay, we're first of all guys  ) and so I text-dump him which is like the most horrible thing one can do

So as I come to thing of it, this is maybe the worst date HE ever has :haha:

Anyway, I'll go to hell no matter what now :haha:

Back when I was in University I went on a horrible date...

I had met this guy at a bar, the Thursday night before Homecoming one year...he was attractive, and I was drunk, lonely and easy (:o) so we ended up going back to his house. We get to his house (where I find one of my best friends making out with one of his other housemates), and we go up to his room. Long story short I end up on my knees trying to please the guy, and the next thing I know I get punched in the face. He had tried to give his 'little man' a tug, and his hand slipped and punched me in the nose (fairly hard). My nose started bleeding, but he REALLY wanted me to finish...he started begging...I was in a bit of a panic...so I did my best to finish him, and then I grabbed my stuff and left. On my way out of the house, clutching my nose to stop the trickle of blood, I ran back into my friend, sitting on the couch, told her the story, and we both left. We laugh about it now (since all the story has been spread to everyone in our group), but at the time I was traumatized.

I ran into him on campus about 2 weeks later, and he asked if I wanted to go on another date...I politely declined...

Not to mention his 19-year old face had more acne than I've ever seen in one place at one time. To his credit though, he had the cutest puppydog eyes and smoothest lips. So back at my place we get down to business fairly quick and right as I lock lips with this dude, I realize that his breath was incredibly subpar. I just popped a peppermint in his mouth and kept things moving right along though  Turns out, the guy was decent in bed and had great rhythmn and timing. He wasn't much of a bottom though.....:tape: I slipped it in 'em and I thought he was going to go into shock  :o We took it slow and cuddled all night after that. The next morning I had to let 'em go tho :p He wasn't a good kisser which is a really important thing I need. He kept calling months after that, but I knew it'd just be a bootycall so didn't bother with him :p

Yes..with a guy from my waterpolo team [that was 2 years ago when I still used to play from the school]...he turned out to be a die-hard maria fan -,-

No this is the "Worst Date Ever" thread, not the "Night you met your soul-mate" thread. :inlove:

:sobbing:
I was going to come to Queens for this year's homecoming, due to the amazingness of the parties that go on.
I'm going home instead though. Oh well.
Hope you don't have the same shitty experience again this thursday.

Don't burn any cars k? :bdaycake:

Philbo

I don't see how Philbo could justify his own behaviour here, no offence, but everyone has a right to political expression and can believe what they want. you cant put ppl in boxes and expect ppl of certain social classesmsexuality etc to have similar views....nonetheless the theatrics of ur date make it funny:lol:

Yep, I agree that he has every right to form his own political opinions, but on the flip side, Im free to have my opinion of his political opinions.

Either way, its (being a GOP supporter) a dealbreaker for me, so it was never gonna go well :)
