i'm a huge fan of her game and i think she's under-achieved so far. she's also one of the most beautiful players in the wta. do you think she has the potential to rise to the upper echelon?

Yes. In 2009 she will win AO, FO, W, USO and YEC without losing a set in singles and doubles.

I think she can be top 20. She's too inconsistent though and mentally, she's fragile.

No, She will be a slam material as a Run way Model, that is for sure. She is HOT. but i am afraid that her tennis talent can't match her looks.

I always found her groundstrokes amazing, just that she has to learn to finish them off. I remember her match vs Justine at AO this year(?) when she lost 62 62, but she dominated at least half of the points, but couldn't put them away. I find her one of the smartest players aswell.

The only part of your post that I agree with is that she is one of the best looking players. Other than that, I doubt she will ever be Top30 player.

I saw her in Montreal against Cibulkova and if she can win slams with that kind of tennis then :o

Not at all. She never was that good, and certainly won't ever be good enough to win Slams.

She'd probably be lucky to crack the top 30 in singles for a bit.

She could luck out a deep run at a slam in doubles though.

She might be a late bloomer, top 40 and only 22, so im sure she could be top 20 potential in a few years...slam material no no no

We can only hope. We don't see her beautiful face enough.

No.....but I definitely think she could get some QFs and maybe a SF one day with a good draw.

She has potential to do well in slams with a good all around game. With consistency in her serve & groundstrokes, I can see her going far. To win, sadly, nope.

No. I'd be surprised if she ever made it past a 4R, let alone a QF.

I'm sure she won't be, as Elena isn't young now and I don't see much room for development in her.
