Im not sure how I feel about this. Ive been happy being unseeded in the tournaments Ive started playing this year.. Did well in the London tournament, got to QF's in singles, semis in doubles and Ive now been made a seed for my next tournament in Manchester next weekend..
Obviously its good that I avoid the top seeds early on, but I dont like the idea of being the favourite when I walk onto court.. I think it feels great to knock out a seed as an unseeded player..
The draw is 64 in total.. Quite a big one.. Im nervous already..

Good Luck for it. Being seeded has its advantages - you cant face a top seed!

Don't worry about it, there's going to be nobody amazing in the C section to worry about, keep winning and get up the divisions.

Congrats! Just try not to think about it...remember, you win one match at a time and it is the match you are about to play. Don't worry about the rest of the draw or seedings.

Good luck, just be relaxed!
In small tourny the importance of being a seed is not as big in the big ones.
Do your best :yeah:

I totally feel the same way. I double bagelled the #3 seed in one tournament and the next tournament I played I was the #1 seed and lost 0-6, 6-4, 6-3. :help:
