You Are Somewhat Closer to Your Friends

Your family is there for you at times, but you really rely on your friends for support.
Your friends understand you, accept you, and love you in a way your family doesn't.

Your friends are also incredibly fun to be around. Your friendships are your most satisfying relationships.
In fact, you're so close to your friends, you may consider some of them to be honorary family members.

I'm very close with my family but because I live in Melbourne and they live in Sydney my friends make up for it. So i see my friends as family :)

You consider your family members to be your some of best friends.
And you can count on them more than anyone else in the world.

You're very similar to your family, and you find it easy to get along with them.
You know that they understand you and love you for who you are.

You Are Equally Close to Your Friends and Family

Depending on the situation, you can feel closer to your friends or your family.
They each are valuable to you in their own ways, and you couldn't imagine living without either of them.

Your friends and family aren't ideal, but you're happy to have so many great people in your life.
At the end of the day, you're thankful for all your personal connections... flaws and all.

I didn't even need to take this quizz to have an answer to that ;) But I did it anyway, and confirmed I'm much closer to my friends than to my family, no doubt there.

My answers to all those questions were pretty close calls so the outcome doesn't surprise me

You Are Somewhat Closer to Your Family
Your family isn't perfect, but you wouldn't trade them for another family.
And when it matters, your family is there for you.

You have great friends, and your friends do play an important role in your life.
But with your family, your connection is deeper and stronger than it could ever be with friends.

Your friends are so great, it's hard not to be the closest to them.
As for your family, your relationship with them is probably a bit strained.

It's okay though. While you can't pick your family, you can pick your friends.
And you've picked some amazing friends who count as family to you.

Friends

I hate my family. They are conservative, back-stabbing, boring, uptight, closed-minded, and homophobic. Opposite of everything I am.

Friends FTW

I'm equally close to both.

However, I think I've gotten much closer to my family now that I don't live at home.

You are somewhat closer to your friends.

That question 8 had me utterly perplexed. The one that said 'Who is more likely to repsect the differences you have with them?'. I wish there had been a 'neither' option both my family and my friends are made up of some VERY headstrong people and I'm no shrinking violet myself - we don't tend to argue but if we do it isn't often very constructive. We're all too opinionated and stubborn!

friends come and go but family will always be there through thick and thin.
I love my family and will die for my siblings or parents
