Which young player will have the most success?

Which current young, top 25 player will have the most titles, highest ranking, and best career?

I say Victoria Azarenka. She has a big game that can really push top players, but unlike many other young players...she has superb mental abilities. Example was at Montreal, lost the first set to Safina 6-0, but came back and took the second 6-2(if I remember correctly). Then in the 3rd set, even as she was down breaks and then match point, she was still trying to pump herself up and stayed poisitive. If she can stay healthy, I think she can make the same kind of career push as Sharapova.

Vera Z. is not young, so I say Cornet

Vera Zvonareva is like 24. I wouldn't consider her to be a young up and comer. Kirilenko and peer are also getting up there. But, to answer your question... hmm come to think of it this is a toughie. All of these girls are good and having great seasons. I'd like to think that Szavay can somehow remember how to keep the ball in court and start to make some waves.

Vera Z. is not young, so I say Cornet

I know it ain't polite to talk about a woman's age, but please... WTF is Vera doing up there???

Ok, I'll make it short:

Vaidisova - when she gets her act together is still by far the one with the most potential.

Azarenka - has got everything it takes to be a top player and I like the fact she's been doing a lot of doubles - she won't be a one-dimensional player in the future.

A. Radwanska - she's incredibly mentally tough and got an amazing touch, but this may not be enough to win GS's

Larcher de Brito - if the burn-out-syndrom doesn't knock to her doors, she may have a fun career.

Safina? She 20! I like this young cute lady...

I only put players ranked between 10 and 25 and born 1987 to present. Just didn't realize how old Zvonavera was...oops.

i think alize is going to win RG one day.. she had an amazing clay season this year and isnt fazed by the french crowd, if anything i feel like she's pushed by it! so i really see a french open crown in her future...

if aga can get a bit more power into her game i think she'll win slams... she can hang with the power players now, but i think she needs a little more to beat them. hingis version 2, a slam awaits!

Radwanska and Cornet. I'm not sure about Wozniacki and Azarenka yet, neither of them show up against top players.

Yeah, I just wanted to write the same thing. All her "superb mental abilities" evaporate once she gets close to winning a tournament (0-4 in the finals losing to folks like Arn and Parmentier)...

As for the poll - I hope it's Wozniacki, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's Cornet, Vaidisova or Azarenka. Others seem unlikely to me...

You shouldn't need to check Zvonareva's age to know that she can't be considered 'young'.

Secondly, the list you offer us is very erratic with some telling omissions, unless you meant players outside of Top 10.

If Nicole will start improving she can have lot of successand.. And Victoria Azarenka too

I vote for Vika,she has a big potential she showed it between juniors and now she is also a rising star in WTA Tour. But I hope that Dominika Cibulkova will be very successfull in the future,especially I´d like to see in Top 10 at least ;)

I only put on the players ranked between 11 and 25 and born after 1987(except Zvonareva). So, that is why the Radwanska sisters are not on here..

Safina should be on the poll instead of Zvonareva who's not young AT ALL (for a tennis player :p)
