come on, the draw could have been much worse...

Alize is a tough task but not unbeatable. In rd 2 Peng or Suarez Navarro much easier. A 3rd rd vs Serena ? Is that your bad draw ? Serena could have been first so it's still not this hazardous as you implied it

It will be the player who is playing doubles that isn't already playing singles that has the highest singles ranking as of Monday's Rankings, unless of course she is from a country that already has 4 players. I could figure it out like I did on the men's tennis page, but I don't have the time or energy (maybe later)...
