Johansson owns one of the weirdest service motions I have ever seen. All the pace she generates comes from her shoulder, which is the only part of her body notably working when she serves. Her 2nd serve therefore sucks and either Klára made a short work of it or Johansson hit a DF. This combined with Klára's forehand which was on meant a quick death for the Frenchie.

You'd have thought so indeed. Just downloaded and watched this, and Klara was hitting over twice as many winners as UEs. As Lunaris said, the second serve was the key, Klara hit a couple of return winners early on and that put the pressure on Mathilde which led to 7 DFs (also the same amount of return winners that Klara hit). From open play Mathilde did nothing wrong at all, Kookie was just hitting winners left and right.
