btw did you guys see Andrey Kuznetsov's post match interview?:awww: I know he isn't related to Sveta but he seems to be an extremely likeable person:)http://www.wimbledon.org/en_GB/news/interviews/2009-07-05/200907051246807493109.html

who watched the memorial of MJ. I did I mean you cant miss that I grew up with him so I cant miss the end. I loved the memorial it was small for how americans normaly do wich I loved. but they said they where also gonna celebrate MJ's life but that I missed a bit I think that could be more. but it was beautifull. it was kinda weird to see the kids without masks and paris crying in front of the mic was thouching. I think MJ will be in many hearts forever and her deserved it.

I watched also. I was fine until Paris came on, then I just lost it. I didn't care much for him as a person, but it was a beautiful ceremony nonetheless. I myself loved his ballads, and had "Music and Me" when it came out .

Unfortunatly I missed it Im on holiday in Spain at the moment and Ive been out for a meal so didnt get to see it. I bet it was emotional though I just loved MJ my iphone is full of his albums and I was gutted when he passed away! He was an absolute LEGEND and always will be! :worship:

yea i missed it too was on the train from london which was very boring and we got delayed for no apparent reason. mj is a legend but he always creeped me out too much for me to like him. i was talking to this girl on the trip who is convinced he has been dead for 8 years already and it was a fake who has been living as mj. either that or he isnt even dead hes in hiding. either way it was interesting to hear what everyone thinks of him. i love conspiracy theories! i reckon whatever you think of him as a person you cant deny his music genius.

Its mad how these conspiracys come about as there was a conspiracy for Elvis´s death and Tupac saying they were both still alive. Then there was the Tupac music video that came out a few years back with him singing on it in clothes that had been produced after his death! All very interesting and I agree with you Gem I love that kinda stuff :D

the tupac one is pretty convincing really. and elvis, like if i were him i would want to escape sometimes and he was well on the edge one day probs ate himself into a coma asking to be sent to Ethiopia or something never to be seen again. or is that too ridiculous?

well we just do the normal thing having people over eating some cake and chat my family will come wich most of them arent that fun I rather dont have them around but that would be rude its more like a how do you call it. they dont come for fun but cuz they have to. but also some friends coming and tuesday I will go to annette cuz our birthdays are close together and celebrate it with her. she knows what she gets from me but I dont know what I get from her so if anybody could figure that out:p.
I only had a big birthday when I became 21 I got the whole house decorated and just like when you do birthdays as a child cuz they say from 21 you are really a adult not when you are legaly a adult.
but never had a big one maybe when I become 30. I do wish to have that and with more friends cuz after my operation I am hadding back to social life.

I will be a big kid always when I am with my cousin that side of me comes out we have the biggest fun. like doing singstar. and when we are on the phone everybody looks at me like I am crazy cuz we do the kid voice and talk. I went to a supermarket with her and she had the hick ups(do you call im that way) but every time she did that she would fart with her mounth it looked like that thing gilles de la tourette syndrome it was funny. and my cousin and I went to the city with my mum and my mum wanted to get into a shop where you dont want to be seen as younger people with clothes for grandma's so we walked behind her acting crazy and all people would watch her but then she found another shop that stupid so my cousin and I got on our knees in the middle of the city bagging my mum for a ice cream since then she nicely asks us if she can go in. well anyway I have more story's like that being a big child

i agree about golf and cycling  as my mum said ' dont you watch the tour de france to look at the scenery?' and most cricket, but did you watch any of the 20/20 cricket thats quite good especially at the end when teams are chasing a target and theres only like 10 balls to do it in and the whole match only takes like 4 hours not 4 days. although that might just be me and my dad who like those things, i mean we sit and watch darts!!

Yeah I agree with Rugby allthough I do support and go to the pub to watch the English rugby team when they have the world cup and six nations but that is just because Im very patriotic and also its a great excuse to get hammered at the pub :p

argh my mum loves watching rugby if the world cup is on she gets really involved and starts to shout abuse at the players, and the worst thing is she wont go to the pub to watch she insists on sitting at home and watching

I love golf! Ive been watching the Scottish Open this week, I play nearly every weekend with my Brother! We are all keen golfers in my family :D

oops sorry, I've never found its secret charm so far that's why I find it boring, maybe if I practised it as you told in another post it would be different.

Here golf is considered a bit a sport for posh people. Is it the same around here?

Ive never attempted rugby and never will, Im not a very physical girl when it comes to a sport like that I do weights at the gym but thats only for my golf :) I reckon Id break some sort of bone if I got rugby tackled

Erm well yes and no! Posh people do play it especially at my golf club but I dont socialise with them but it nots classed over here as a posh sport! Its more like a Dads sport because every Dad seems to play golf

Golf has a sort of country club reputation here, also. It's not that long ago that black people could not play at some clubs, and Tiger Woods would have been out of the question. Thankfully, things are changing.

Do y'all have mini-golf in Europe? It's like putting, but through waterfalls and silly traps. I suck equally at both :help::tape:.

its impossible not to swear and insult people i know what you mean!! i cant help myself, thats why i watch football with my dad since he does it too and cant tell me off ;) in that 2007 final i watched most then went to bed because i knew i would be too angry to watch the penalties! last year however was a different story :worship: barca :hearts:

rugby made me even more competitive (i am competitive to ridiculous levels) and this guy ran past me i was like im not having that ran after him tackled ... and broke my collar bone  was funny but i am my own downfall

For the 2007 final I was in Spain and watched it in a Scouse bar so everyone in there was a Liverpool fan and the Milan supporters didnt dare go near the place that night

When the first goal went in I was like its ok we can pull it back then the second goal went in and I was getting seriously nervous, then right at the end we pulled one back from Kuyt but there was not enough time! I was devastated and stormed out the bar only to bump in to loads of Milan supporters celebrating and they came over to me dancing and screaming in my face so I hurled a beer bottle at one then started shouting abuse at the others then stormed off round a corner and started crying because I was so upset we lost!:lol: It was safe to say I had to many beers that night :help:

I went the pub in my Barca shirt for the CL final against Man United  I thought I was going to get the crap beaten out of me :p

I used to be really competitive when I was younger especially in football but I had to learn to control it as it was getting me sent off in games to often!

its in my elbow but I am going to explain in dutch so sorry for the ones not understandig.

hey how are you feeling today?

i love the whole twilight thing too i read all the books and that but i have to say that i hated breaking dawn so much it was way too nice and happy someone needed to die!! :( i kept thinking this is working out way too nice this is working out worse (or better) than in harry potter, i think that was a bit disappointing for me.

and i have some very obsessed friends who made me see the film and dvd like 10 times so your not alone there (and i thought it was pretty good, which is unusual for me) and the new moon trailer i got a very excited email of one of my mates i actually think she nearly died when she saw it she was so excited, i just thought it looked ok, the dramatic pauses were a bit too much :D

i didnt like any of the girls in the film (kristen stewart isnt really my thing) but new moon jacob :hearts:

I didnt enjoy 'Breaking Dawn' as much as the other books because I am a huge Jacob lover and fan he is basically my fave character I relate to him more than anyone else and so I didnt like the way Bella dn Edward treated him for the most part of the book :(

Even I can appreciate Jacob in New Moon :hearts: Tyler has worked his ass off to get that body for the Jacob role! :worship:

I'm back ;).

San Antonio was really nice, and I especially was moved visiting the Alamo (sort of the point of going there). It was HOT, however. I kept thinking of Vero, since there was so much Spanish spoken there. Even with the differences between "Spanish" Spanish and Mexican Spanish, I'm sure she could understand everything there. I was so proud of myself that even I could understand the signs (even if it said "No diving in the shallow end"). I think I'm going to take intermediate Spanish this fall. I had a great time, but it's good to be home.

Glad you had a nice time and welcome back,Anne :D I hope it was not too hot,too much heat can ruin a trip :help: Yes,when I hear Mexicans I can understand most of what they say,not all,of course because they have some regional expressions that we don't use over here, but it's not difficult to figure out what they mean.haha and I know what you mean,I remember first time I went to Russia,I had only started learning russian with a book by myself and knew only reading and the basics, but when I was there and I could read the metro stations names and read the most basic things like "street","books"...it was big satisfaction and I felt proud of myself :D :p Buena idea to take intermediate Spanish in the fall :yeah:

Thank you very much everyone, so very nice :) I had a quiet birthday, only a couple of people where I work actually knew because it's an unwritten rule that we're supposed to have a morning tea and basically we stand around in the staff room and everyone's looking at each other and it's uncomfortable so I rebelled  I went and watched Harry Potter last night and it rocks, not quite as fast paced as the previous movies but it was good to focus on their relationships a bit more. Has anyone seen the tv series Dexter?

I actually managed to go and see Harry Potter last night (by the way guys Ive been confirmed as having tonsilitis not swine flu now and Im feeling much better just been put on antibiotics to clear my throat up, funny how the minute you are ill there all like yes you have swine flu ) anyway I agree Stef it isnt as fast paced and there isnt alot of action in it but I was like thank god Hermione is showing her feelings for Ron and the same for Harry about Ginnie!

Have you read the book before this film Stef? Dont get me wrong I loved the film but in the book they just described the relationship and love from Harry to Ginnie a hell of alot better than the film the build up in the book to them kissing was amazing but it just kinda happened in the film which I was a little dissapointed in!

All in all though another great Harry Potter film :worship:

interesting. seems sveta plays just the right number of matches:worship:. why on earth have safina and wozniacki played so many?! over 50 is pretty mad in my eyes. wozniacki is the new jj! just not as funny  im pretty surprised zvonareva has held the most service games, she needs to come back proper i miss being constantly surprised when she turns up in semifinals :hearts:

Wozniacki is only young she needs to be careful otherwise she will wear her body out like Jankovic did near the end of last season!

I swear today has been the slowest day ever! i hate working sundays nothing happening and know one around. Still have another 2 hours left. Yesterday was funny though. Any one in the UK will have probably heard of Dickensons real deal, i had to work whilst he filmed his latest episode in high wycombe. i swear the guy is actually orange and so is his wife. I miss tennis it needs to start again god knows what i will be like in december!
