well I guess this shows what we can really expect from Kimiko. Yeah she beat Aiko last week but I think Nakamura must have been nervous. Still good performance by Kimiko but she wont be a threat for top 100 players

Yayuk Basuki won her doubles match in Tarakan with Beatrice Gumulya and will get a doubles ranking again next week :worship:

She still had a great tournament. Aiko must've been looking for revenge. :)

With practice she is just going to get better. Everyone has a bad match here and there.

Ah well done Aiko. Hard luck Kimiko, get some rest now.

Akiko can be a threat if she had more power. She puts spin on it and hits lots of angels.

She must have been tired, so many matches in the past couple of weeks.

I am very surprised about her comeback. Her career was so short and it looked like she had other priorities than tennis. But comebacks (Davenport, Schultz) are quite hip these days.:bounce:

I just can't imagine her doing well on the WTA-Tour. Her game is too defensive. She actually looked pretty poor in some matches against the top-players at the end of her career. But mentally she seems to be tough, winning all those tough matches. We'll see if she's got the corouge to play on the main tour.

Kimiko must have been too tired after a number of matches in the last 2 weeks.
