Article is mostly about TTC selling the rights to the Vegas tourney to ATP, but note the quote in the second paragraph.

I'll believe it when I see it. It would be nice though, instead of reruns of the last tournament for a month before the next event they cover starts.

Well, if they aren't spending however many millions to sponsor that tournament, they should be able to spend more on acquiring broadcast rights for other tourneys. That they haven't been able to, due to the investment in the Vegas tourney, would be one reason why there are so many re-runs.

But, yeah, their regular programming is getting really redundant--I've seen the commercial for "new this month--tennis prodigy Tatiana Golovin" about 500 times since subscribing a few years ago.

Of course, it never really gets old.
