I have to say I really dont like this new doubles format. Anything can happen in that tiebreaker, when the sets are 1-1. I would MUCH RATHER have that third set played out.

You see it in this match, in Yan/Zheng's match at Miami today, and I saw it in person for Peng/Sun vs. Safina/Vesnina at Indian Wells.

Is this an experimental change? Or you think we are stuck with it?

I see it now in the draw sheet - Akgul/Caro replaced Nadia/Elena.

I'm really happy Akgul is playing dubs... haven't seen much of that to date. :)
