The honour is bestowed each year by the WEF to recognise and acknowledge the top 200-300 young leaders from around the world for their professional accomplishments, commitment to society and potential to contribute to shaping the future of the world.
Steffi was acknowledged for her Foundation for kids 'Children for tomorrow'.

Steffi will play in an exhibition event in Tokyo against Martina Navratilova and Kimiko Date on 15th March.

And some people complain why she isnt involved in tennis. :p

Didn´t know about that exhibition. So sweet to see her play Date and Martina.
