I ordered my qualifying tickets & Benny Berthet day tickets online from the official website back in November, and asked for them to be posted (not e-tickets) to me. My credit card has been charged, but I've still not received my tickets. These don't go via the ballot, so I'm getting concerned that I haven't received them yet. Has anyone else who ordered online received their tickets yet?

I ordered two years ago and there were no problems. They do send the stuff out quite late. I did order main draw tickets then (and bought the qualies tickets on-site), though.

I've ordered them and still haven't received them either.. Just like every year :p So don't worry, you probably won't get them before April ;)

It's not necessary, you can buy them at the entrance.. You might wanna buy them for benny Berthet though as it usually is a bit more crowded than qualies

My qualifying / Benny Berthet day tickets (Weds - Sat) arrived yesterday. Now I've just got to hope that I get everything I want in the main draw ballot!
They seem to be be moving to playing less qualifying matches on Saturday. Last year, I think they just played matches that had been already started on the Friday. The split of matches between Friday and Saturday depends partly on the weather up until that point. Of course there's still lots to watch on the Saturday with all the 1 set Benny Berthet day charity matches, and many players practising on the outside courts.

Can I put a special request in that someone goes and watches Johanna Larsson, lets just say you wont be dissapointed

Checking my records, the only time I've seen Larsson play, was in the French open juniors back in 2006, when she beat Marrit Boonstra 6-4, 6-3. How far did she reach in that tournament? I imagine she might be the only Swede in qualifying, as Arvidsson has climbed back up the rankings, and I think Nooni (who I've seen in qualifying there before) is too low.

Does anybody know what the maindraw-cutoff was last years?

Larsson made 2nd or 3rd round I think,

how impressed were you with her in junior event 06.

hey everyone
i would like to go to the 1st five days of the main draw
i was wondering if it is possible to just go there on the day and buy a ground pass.....that's all i want. or do you have to buy them beforehand. i know at the australian open you can just show up on the day and buy in there

you can buy your tickets there. at your first day you can buy your tickets for the five days but maybe you won't have all the tickets that you wanted. in this case you will have to queue every day to try to have your tickets. I'm not sure I was clear so if you have others questions ask them

It was 112. The year before that, 117. :D

I saw that in this thread, by the way. :D :wavey:

ok awesome.....thanks for the advice! as long as i know that i can show up on the day and buy tickets there thats all i care about. i mean, ground passes cant get sold out can they? i dont mind queuing up for a bit if i have to. plus the official ticket website is extremely confusing and has no link to buy ground passes beforehand......
what about accomodation? do you think that i can book hostel a few days before the event starts, is there plenty around? or do you think that they will be very hard to find later on and its better to book now?
thanks heaps again for the advice!

I think it will be hard to find something later. I think it will better to book something now. what is your budget by night?

Just to add something about tickets, I think it would be very hard to get any tickets for the Wednesday, as most of grounds tickets taken up by "Kids day". Apparently the main draw ticket ballot takes place this Monday, so those of us who are in that, should hear something soon.
About hotels, I usually find www.hotels.com (http://www.hotels.com) quite good, but they don't usually have many of the low priced hotels. The Etap hotels website may worth looking for too, as they have quite a few budget hotels spread around the peripherique.

tickets are ok for us :)

I have a question: are there people in here who want to go but still need tickets? because of the lotery system we've got to many tickets ... so we can resell some of them (off course at the normal prices we payed for them, nothing more)

Got the remainder of my main draw tickets earlier this week. So for the first time in all my visits, I won't need to queue up at the box office on qualifying Wednesday.
