Hi

My fave Jelena is teaming up with close friend Kim Clijsters in the Acura Classic this week.

Now, Kim said she had quit doubles and so did Jelena...........and I heard a rumor that Jelena will start to team up permanently with a player during the US Hardcourt season.

Has anyone heard anything about Dokic/Clijsters becoming permanent?

Gooooo Jelena/Kim

Kimmy also wanted to play doubles last week, I guess that means her arm does better :bounce:

I don't think Kim will play doubles permantly with Jelena, she wanted to play doubles to get some more practise, it would be good for her game. I doubt she'll play doubles at the US open :)

That's great Kim/Jelena is one of my favourite team!!!!

I don't know if they'll team up all the season

I think that Jelena didn't intend to play doubles in Stanford and so teamed up with Tammy at the last moment and if she had decided earlier, her and Kim would have teamed up :)

Clijsters + Dokic would make an intresting team!
I don't think it's permanent though...
Clijsters is already picking her tournaments carefully because she wants to let her arm rest, a full doubles schedule on top of that doesn't seem likely!
I'd love to see them play though (although, can any of them volley? lol)

Hey Estarin!

I think Jelena also won't be playing a full shcedule but I'd expect to see a lot more of Jelena and Kim together in the future.

Interesting about the volleying, Kim has always served and volleyed in doubles and Jelena has started this year so expect some aggressive play!
