To turn off all men within a 500 mile radius:

Unfortunately, it appears that she will have to try harder.

Men look at her face? ;) ;) ;)

Jul 26th, 2002, 12:56 AM
OMG Anna what are you thinking???? Take that sh!t off your beautiful face!!!!!!

Jul 26th, 2002, 01:00 AM
Maybe she's in training to be a geisha;)

Jul 26th, 2002, 01:04 AM
Well, IMO Anna's face isn't really pretty, so maybe not a bad idea to cover it. ;)

Jul 26th, 2002, 01:05 AM
Um, R. DIS, Anna is probably wearing that on her face because it is beautiful and she wants to keep it that way. Have you ever seen the women in their 40s who you know never wore sunscreen once in their life? Not a pretty picture, let me tell you. I'm glad Anna is taking proper care of her skin.

Good point Snoopy! Anna has Russian made skin. And Russian made skin isn't meant to be so golden! Be careful Anna!

Memoirs of a Geisha.

reminds me of the movie powder :o

I think it looks fine. I'd do it too, if it meant keeping my skin healthy. No matter how dark your skin, the sun WILL destroy it. Everyone should use some kind of sun-block.

There's no one she needs to impress with her looks there & only the really shallow people would have a big problem with it anyway.

Looks like Boy George in his white magic days.

Thanks Playa.

Some people took this WAY to seriously  Next time I'll be sure to put 5000 winks or something so that everyone knows...

I'm a sunscreen freak, so I could care less if she is doing that to protect her face... I reapply every hour or so for the same reasons I imagine...

I think it's good of her, it looks a bit wierd but she's still beautiful and she won the match. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

very smart from Anna, when your skin gets burnt it hurts a lot so she is smart to protect it even when it looks a little spooky;)

Why not do her whole body with a real thick layer and she wouldn't need the new outfit :-p

That's not sunscreen, it's just Anna's reaction when she learned she had to play Venus next. :)

Jul 26th, 2002, 03:13 PM
Schna schna schna, hee hee hee, hum.

Jul 26th, 2002, 03:18 PM

She looks like a Geisha. :) Man, she was smart to use sunscreen. Did she only apply it to her face?

Protect those assets, Anna! :P

Remember the SI article from spring 2001, where AK said she didn't NEED sunscreen because, ahem, 'I am already tan'?

Sounds like she woke up and smelled the coffee. Cafe au skin cancer? Nah, she would give a crap about that. Cafe du wrinkles, now were talking.

Jul 27th, 2002, 02:37 AM
I think skin cancer's a 'little' more important than wrinkles. I've seen Anna wear that stuff all over her face in practice too. Besides, if she was so vain as to worry about wrinkles, she sure as heck wouldn't walk onto the court in front of everyone with that goop all over her face!

Go Anna:bounce: :bounce:

Worrying about wrinkles isn't vain, a lot of women do it.

Its why I wear sunscreen in part.

Anyhow, the pic is funny, why she is wearing it is logical.

Funny pic yeah :)
