As Carsten & I will stop running FITD in 2008, the game now needs new managers.
We obviously don't want the game to be forgotten about from next year on, and hope people will take over.

We're looking for:
- tournament managers [sevral people if possible, because it's quite a lot of work; to open threads, count points etc.]
- people to do the ranks + race [I can do the ranks if needed]

Thanks in advance for your help!

Well if you do the ranks, I think that's over half the battle of running FITD. Being managers for this game seems fairly easy(especially compared to PA), so it shouldn't be too hard to find managers(at least i woul hope so).

I would help out, but i already help out with PAW so i wouldn't have time to, but maybe some weeks when i have time.

Actually we've never decided who will run a tournament etc., one of the managers did the scoring if he came to the thread. ;)
Lacy said she will be able to do Gold Coast, it seems that help is needed for Auckland.

Okay, so I'm gonna have to take a bit of a sabbatical from singles, pretty much immediately. As you all can see, i've gotten way too busy with school and work to be the kind of manager that this game needs. As doubles is much less time consuming, I will continue to do that, and hopefully sometime this summer I'll be able to jump back in and help again.

i have pretty much the same problem, i've been super busy with tennis, but it's over most likely by Berlin, so i'll be back to running then:)

I think we should do what games like Suicide, etc. do with different people running it every week....it's way too much work to do every week, and I'm in awe of people who have done it every week in the past. What do you guys think of that...posting a list of the tournaments that are left and having people pick tournaments they'd like to run? And we'd do it the same way they do Suicide, leaving GS and Tier Is for people who have done it before.

I wouldn't mind helping out as uni is as good as finished for me now so the work load is less atm. That is if it's ok and you still need helpers! :wavey:

I'd be happy to do a couple this summer. If it's cool, I'll go ahead and sign up for a week now.
