Why should they let Elke play? Maes has more experience, she's higher-ranked, so she deserves it more. Just because she's not the sister of a top-ranked player doesn't make a difference. I hope they let her play against Grande.

And by the way, Elke Clijsters probably wouldn't be able to do much better, if at all. She's not very good yet.

I was so rude yesterday to Caroline Maes, I thought she hadn't played well, but in fact I saw the second set on RTBF2, and she was leading almost all the rallies!!! she was generally 40-0 (up) and 0-30 (up) but Farina's experience helped her to come back and winning the important point!! I think against Grande, if she plays like she did yesterday, she can beat her!!!

I was very surprised by Caroline too! She could have been easily up 3-1 in the second set instead of Farina! She played very agressive and made some nice points! But Farina was obviously the most experienced of the two!
