So, I can't seem to find the YEC on either the ESPN or TTC schedule? Who is broadcasting it in the US?

Versus is broadcasting the YEC again this year.

Coverage live Tuesday-Friday, 12-7pm.

And then the idiocy comes.
Saturday is 4-8pmEST [ which means 9-1am Madrid, obviously not live ].
On Sunday, the final, coverage is 5-7pmEST [ 10pm-12am Madrid, again - not live ].

The matches are all in the evening i guess. Eurosport shows the matches live from 6 pm to 11 pm - so maybe Versus show some matches live.

Versus will show RR play live. The SF and F will not be televised live in America.

The Tennis Channel is broadcasting the doubles SF and F live.

The WTA has got to be one of the most inept organizations in existence with respect to marketing.

There is not one word about TV coverage of the YEC on either the Sony Ericsson Tour site or the Sony Ericsson Championships site. The links it has for TV coverage during regular season play are also fairly useless. All it does is link you to either ESPN, Eurosport, or the Tennis Channel websites. No information about match coverage; you have to search it out yourself.

Larry Scott and the rest of those clowns have the Tour on the Road to Oblivion, arriving approximately 2010. Is it any wonder women's professional tennis is collapsing in the U.S.?

Thank you! :worship: How did you find this? I still can see no links pointing to it.

Needless to say, there is no hint of coverage in the U.S. (Maybe that's why there's no link to it.)

No, it's second to the ATP.

Well, that is a tough call. Tho' the ATP at least tries on occasion, even if it is a stupid campaign. (new balls, please!)

I found a livestream program for Versus. Go to TVU Player (http://www.tvunetworks.com/) and download the program. You will find Versus on the sports tab, I checked the schedule on this site and the YEC is on there!
enjoy :)

It's a great thing! All the RR matches will be shown live. Unlike with ESPN, we won't miss a match.
