Venus Williams and American no. 1 Ashley Harkleroad will do battle for the Americans in Fed Cup. Both ladies have had a good season and both will hopefully translate season play into a title for the United States.

Venus Williams is one of the hottest players on tour right now, capturing three titles on the season. She is coming off of back to back titles victories at Quebec City and last week and the year ending championships. Venus is very optomistic on the US Chances to come home with the title.

"I think Ashley and I can do it. I really think we can win the Federation Cup. We haven't played doubles together yet, but have both been on our a games in the latter part of the season, so hopefully we can fuse together to become a winning team. I'm really looking forward to it."
