Fran, if you don't mind me asking - and yes, I know I sound like a complete twat - since I absolutely hate blood and crap like that, can you PLEASE explain what the story-line is??? I mean, I've seen the trailers, is it just people chopping each others parts off? Or is there actually a story? And how can it keep going for four sequels???

it's the most complicated movie EVER  believe me :o there's a loooong story ;) every sequel explains something about the previous one, i know sounds strange but it's true
the main story is that Saw is an old man married with a young woman and find out that has a tumour so try to play a "game" with people who don't respect life
btw the sequels are 7 not 4 :spit:

Ok, I don't know this person and I've been contemplating writing a comment on that post, without trying to be offensive, but it's been ticking me all day since reading the post. Btw, thanks for putting that up.

All I'd like to point out is that there are thousands of people out there with a PhD degree of some description, the rule is, you DON'T sign using the preface 'Dr.' unless you are offering medical advice to a patient (if you're a Doctor of the Medical variety) or you are writing a formal letter of commendation or a reference for employment for someone you know or a student (if you're the non-medical variety).

IF one is SOOO pompous they MUST let the world know they have a PhD., the way to do it is to put it AFTER the name ie. Joe Bloggs, PhD.(and whatever it is withing the brackets, ie. Lit).

Writing an assessment on a tennis blog is an opinion. Having a Phd. or an Msc. or whatever does not make an opinion more or less valid. So, signing Dr. at the end of an assessment, however well written, on a TENNIS blog, is complete and UTTER :bs:

Sorry for the rant all, the one thing I can't hack is pretense...

I did not need to read the other posts to know that it has something to do with your perpetual need to organize everything AKA possible OCD diagnosis for Linda. Either that or you were  with the Glee kids as you watch your DVD. :p

:haha: So how does the stocking system work? By DVD title? By the cover color? Come on, do tell. I promise not to laugh...again.

Can I please hire you to fix my iTunes library? Right now it's worse than Ana's ball toss. :o There is a song there titled 'a' by artist 'a'. No idea who that is.
Oh the :dance:ing ain't for anyone to see, not just you :p

Well, I have a box where I can stock 200 dvds. I start with concerts, then tv series, then movies, alphabetically by title of course. And sport dvds from the back. First docu's and such, then tennis matches ;)

 How big is it?
I did my whole library not too long ago. Getting all the titles and artists exactly right. And mine is 6500 songs:help:

my pc is way too organized well for me... my music folder is divided in folders called A, B, C...and i have folder inside for every artist

 but my room it's always a mess
Hallelujah:worship:
But I only have a folder for artists I have 5 songs or more from;) And folders for albums of course.

consider these too: useful like Gise's 4th rounds

you are stronger than flavia's 2nd serve :tape:

Oh methinks it's better you won't let anyone else see the :dance:ing. :p

Wow that's way more organized than I thought. How do you organize tennis vids? I have lots of them and I can't seem to find an effective system to organize. I tried to separate doubles but there's still so many singles matches in one folder. And many more in my external HDDs. :o :help:

At home, I guess around 4K songs. At work, a little over a thousand but most of them I got from my workmates and I just added them all without any care about filing them properly. :o

Filing by artist AND then by album is a bit too much for me. :p

That's what I thought too.

It definitely is. Apparently one of my friends (who also posts on here) used to have a video of me dancing. I don't exactly remember that:tape: But her phone broke down and she doesn't have it anymore:cheer:

The ones on my laptop are organised by filename. For example "2011AODulkoPennettavsAzarenkaKirilenko" ;) It's not perfect but at least it sorts them by year and tournament.

Oh thats not too bad:lol:

But it's better when you have full albums ;) Or when you have more than a GB from one artist alone ;)

Darling, the ONLY reason this forum is what it is, is because of you. You make it an interesting place to express ideas, comments and post. Granted, the people participating, Gaspa, Fran, Magickarpetta, Mcginity, Marina, Karla, Wily (and anyone else I've forgotten, apologies), are truly unique characters, most definitely people I would be honoured to call friends if we were in some kind of geographical proximity. But the essence of it is, that the time you put in, makes it what it is, and the flair and flamboyance of everyone else gives it substance. As for Karla in particular, I think you should focus on her for truly making this forum 'meaty', Gaspa with his creative outbursts and Fran with his pictorial projections simply make this place....unique!

For one, I'm just delighted that at the beginning of this year I took the decision, at the ripe ol' age of 34, to join a discussion board....

Actually, I ventured over there for the first time yesterday and saw the betting thread, as I've said, I sucked during most of Wimbledon, but managed to get the Kvitty-Djoko combination which basically ended up making me a profit. The major thing will be if Djoko manages to win the US Open too, because I put 20 euro at 250/1 at the beginning of the year that he would win 3 majors this year, so that would be a major bonus... I also had 10 euro at 1,250/1 that he would win all 4, but that's gone...

I have a sneaky feeling though that Murray is worth backing over the US Hard-court season (excl. US Open), as well as Flavia. We'll see...

As for Caro, I really can't be bothered exchanging opinions with people who are somehow mesmerized by her. For all I know, she can keep making adverts for Turkish Airlines (what does the world's #1 in women's tennis do?) - what a RIDICULOUS ad. Seriously, the other airlines should just run an ad featuring Kim, Li Na and Kvitova, chilling out in some exotic location, with the speak-over "what do female tennis players who actually WIN majors do? Not travel Turkish Airlines to play the Copenhagen Cup"...

Me too. I already get impatient when my multiple bets have to run for 3-4 days because of all the rain delays in Wimby.

I've never done that though (other admins have done it, to each other:o), I've only done it with goodreps for ODRY when she had a really hot Flavia-avatar:lol:

Not travel Turkish Airlines to play the Copenhagen Cup"...
this one was mean :( but actually really funny
Ok guys, what the hell is the Miss Sucketta show???

it's a "tv-show/cartoon" made by fran a couple of years ago with flavia as the main role

Anw my deepest sympathy to those regions that are having the floods.
