Uh uh... don't count out the others. Justine will be 26 years old at next year's Wimbledon. She's can still be physically strong but she will be slower. Younger players will try to run her ragged.

Wimbledon is Williams backyard for the past seven years,if you want to put Venus name in place of Justine's because she has never won Wimbledon and might never win it.Its not surprising that Justine might lose early next year, its not given that she will be consistent next year.Look at Momo and Maria this year comparing with 2006,fortunes change with a swing of the racket.

I'm not totally sure if Nicole sould beat her on grass, maybe on a good day with good a good warm up tournament, but I think Nicole could beat her on hardcourts or clay.

If it wasn't for Jelena playing like there was no tomorrow, Venus could have won the title. It was a close match anyway.

If it wasn't for Amelie playing like there was no tomorrow, Justine could have won the title :)

Venus got knocked out quite early, so it wasn't her backyard in 2006 was it?

The Williams won Wimbledon in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007, that's 6 out of 8 years from 2000 to 2007. That's pretty much ownage. It's like what Justine has done with FO.

Venus, Serena and Mauresmo are far more a threat for Juju on HC/grass than some Hungarian, Serbian or Polish kids.

I would love to see Henin win Wimbledon in 2008, but I think she might have a few more battles. I do think a lot depends on the Williams sisters, as playing well their game of power and movement...ok, Venus' game right now :D ... is perfect for grass. Of the younger players, I'm not sure if any of them have great grass court games. They are mainly biff bang hardcourt players without the adaptability and quick hands needed for grass. Of course Mauresmo at her best plays beautiful grass court tennis, but will we ever see her back to her form of 2006? I wonder. Not much motivation for her now.

Obviously the original poster isn't serious. I think he/she's a WS fan.

Anyway, at Wimbledon and on FAST hardcourt, Justine is vulnerable to a handful of players. If she is at the top of her game, there's probably 3-4 that can beat her if they play their best: Venus, Serena, Mauresmo(on grass), Sharapova.. (and Davenport on grass, i forgot her).

Some others have the game, but not the consistency(Dementieva), health(Mary Pierce, yes you read it right.. Mary Pierce) or mental strength(Jankovic)

1. Likhovtseva
2. Pratt
3. Ondraskova
4. Sugiyama
5. Poutchkova
6. Bremond
7. Kostanic-Tosic
8. Dominguez-Lino
9. Harkleroad

and 10... Brie Whitehead. On clay, too. :)

Also, I don't think the Williams sisters should be put on this list because they HAVE already done it. :)
