Is she in the MD now or does she need to win one more match?

Good results lately.

I was at the match.
At 62 41 she got treatment for her shoulder and then got back into her groove.

She was really friendly, I asked for an autgraph and at first, Samantha was like you have to go practice and Alex was like "No, let me do this first." She then later promised a pic, but we left and she had treatment, but after her match she and her mom were suprisingly friendly, I am now an Alex Stevenson fan.

The Match: At first Ana was in control getting everything in, basically it lasted 2 games and then Alex was on fire until her time out, everyone was shocked at how fast Alex's serves were. But she has to be on against Rampre if she wants to qualify because of her win over the top seed, Johansson (Rampre led 61 31 and was down 24 in final set to win 61 46 64)

GO ALEX!

its a long way down from her 1999 wimbledon debut. she could maybe make it into the top 100 again. sad waste of talent.

I never cease being amazed at the fact that this woman is even mentioned on this board. A few amazing moments in the sun, and we are forced to hear about her (and her crazy mother) for the rest of time.
