A+ - Justine Henin
A - Serena Williams, Venus Williams
B - Ana Ivanovic, Jelena Jankovic, Svetlana Kuznetsova
B- - Anna Chakvetadze, Daniela Hantuchova

Davenport (A) (95) - Comeback mom wins a tournament, beats Jankovic and Hantuchova, then reaches QF beating Dementieva in Shanghai
Hingis (D) (64) - Reaches QF in Australia, then wins Tokyo tier I, but it all went downhill from there

hmmm,
Jankovic had the most match wins this year.
seemed very consistent,
semifinals at roland garros.
made quite a few finals/semifinals in tournaments....
y not?
serena deserves a higher score, venus deserves higher score as well.

Those rankings are a bit harsh.
