I always think if there are professional tennis players (women) writing on this board? Or at least reading? I'm not saying that ALL the top 100 is writing or reading here, but at least a few?

I wouldn't be surprised if they were. In fact, i'm pretty sure some people close to players here will come and confirm they are;)

Although truth to be told, it would probably be better if they didn't

They all are young girls with ipods and labtops, serfing Internet all the times like all other girls of their age.
It's hard to imagine that they avoid looking at the sites devoted to them. :)

It would be nice if they ever look at their own fan boards. I would hope they don't waste any time in GM though.

Of course they do. What aspect of being maligned, berated, ridiculed, and gossiped about wouldn't they want to partake in?

I'm sure they do, if a tennis player is on the web, then they're obviously going to check up on tennis websites, but I doubt they'd come back after visiting this place once

I agree with that. When you write a lower ranked player in Google or Yahoo, it always appear a thread from WTAWorld which talks about that player. So, I believe there are professional players READING, I don't believe they are writing. Although there is nothing wrong to write once in a while...

And I know some of the lower ranked Dutch players are at least reading this board. ;) Plus we've had quite a few lower ranked players around the challengers forum. ;)

We have seen our few shares of juniors coming in in the past years. I doubt many top 50 players come here, but I wouldn't be surprised if a pretty large group of ITF players spend some time here. A lot of players have family also posting on here, so I don't see why the players themselves wouldn't check it out.

Some players who write in here
-Jamie Hampton (610)
-CoCo Vandeweghe (770)
- Anne Yelsey(537)
-Arina Rodionova (338)
...
...

There are a lot of players who read the side also

So what is the problem about telling her name? Or it's just you are looking on 100-200 ranking searching for a convicing surname? ;)
