At the moment, Serena is struggling badly with the taped right thigh and was comprehensively beaten by Dementieva in the Moscow Final. So, will she play in Zurich then? If she does, she might risk further injury to her already troublesome thigh and might be out in the early rounds. What do you think about that?

I don't think she will and it's probably better for her to rest and train before YEC if she wants to do something decent here.

When did serena the last time play 3 weeks in a row (without a slam involved) I gave her credit for playing 2 indoor evens, more then I have ever could imagine (And she really hang in there)

I hope someone knocks some sense into her, and she withdrwas. Something is clearly not right with that strapped thigh and she won't reveal so...she's secretive about injuries.
3 weeks is too taxing on her knee and thigh. Please withdraw!!

She is injured obviously which contributed to her loss in Moscow. I don't think she should play, she should rest up and train to get ready for the YEC.

I'm curious to see if she plays. If yes, she would show again what she mentioned a hwile ago; that she wants to come back to No. 1 etc. We'll see...

no, she earns a well-deserved rest after these weeks :yeah: Hopefully she'll withdraw and rest up for YEC, she's got enough matches under her belt right now.:)
