So far, one team is directly qualified out of the 4, Cara Black and Liezel Huber.
The standings as of tomorrow October 8th are:
1. Black/Huber 5750 (will play Moscow, Zurich, Linz)
2. Raymond/Stosur 3628 (not Moscow, uncertain for the end of season due to Stosur's illness?)
3. Chan/Chuang 3036 (not Moscow)
4. Sugiyama/Srebotnik 2512 (not Moscow)
5. Molik/Santangelo 2086 (not Moscow, probably no Zurich due to Santangelo's injury?)
6. Peschke/Stubbs 1997 (will play Moscow)
In Moscow and Zurich, points given: 430 / 300 / 195 / 110 / 1
In Linz, 275 / 190 / 125 / 70 / 1
Hard to tell so far who will go to Madrid...

Update of the standings (before last tournament: Linz)
1. Black/Huber 6375
2. Raymond/Stosur 3628 (but who will probably not go)
3. Chan/Chuang 3146
4. Sugiyama/Srebotnik 2622
5. Peschke/Stubbs 2537
6. Molik/Santangelo 2196
So the four qualified teams seem to be Black/Huber, Chan/Chuang, Sugi/Srebo and Peschke/Stubbs.
Do someone know if there is a draw between (3) and (4) to determine who plays (1) or (2), or is this automatically (1) vs (4) and (2) vs (3) ?
I think there is a draw, not just automatic 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3.

No that is sure, there is a draw on thursday to determine who is 3 and who is 4.
Black/Huber are 1 and Srebotnik/Sugiyama are 2, based on the rankings, not the Race standings. So they cannot meet on first round.
Got the info from www.blackandhuber.com, directly from the girls.
