as many of us know, Tati has been stumped by these injuries every time she begins to play well  if Chakvetadze and Ivanovic can make top 5, then surely Golovin should be there to !

I'm seeing top 3

She can make Top 5. She's good enough but like always when she plays well an injury pops up.

If she stays injury free between now and The seasons end, that will be the first time in god knows how long shes played like a top tenner and hasn't gotten injured. Allez tati!

I said 8-10.

She will be consistent and make splashes at Grand Slams (i.e. QFs/SF) and win smaller titles. I dont see her going higher but she should have a startling career.

I think the top ten players right now are

Henin
Williams
Williams
Sharapova
Ivanovic
Jankovic
Vaidisova
Golovin
Kuznetsova
Chakvetadze

Golovin is clearly the most underranked player right now (maybe Vaidisova.)

I'm seeing top 3 :kiss:Ivanovic is older than Tatiana only two months but already won two tier-I and two tier-II tournaments and have one GS final. Tati reach TOP30 half year before Ana (already in 2004) but won only one tier-II and that is all and have h2h against Ivanovic 1-6... so what you mean "if Ivanovic can make top5, then serely..."... then surely WHAT???

I vote #3, because of all young players only Sharapova and Ivanovic will be surely better players (and Vaidisova too i think) - so she will be at some point of her career TOP5 by quality player and that in more than 50% means atleast one week like #3. You must all to know that she reach TOP100, TOP50, TOP30 and TOP20 younger than any of new generation youngstars (Radwanska, Paszek, Szavay, Azarenka...) - only exception is Vaidisova. So her career is not so bad so far, she is very young, and in 2008 she will be seriously candidate for TOP10!

Top 3 for sure if she can stay healthy!! I also think she can get into better shape which will only increase her chances of winning even more matches!

Tati today was just amazing! She pretty much pwned the #2 player in the world, and Sveta wasn't playing horribly like she did in Toronto!!

ALLEZ TATI!

10-6, possibly a top 5 player at some point, but I wouldn't count on her getting there.

she benefits from being born into a very weak generation. if she takes advantage, probably top 8

i don't anyone can know until she gets the chance to get into her top form without suffering a serious injury. of course it's not a given that injuries won't plague her throughout her careers - ankles etc tend not to just get better. i think she's proven that she's a player capable of going with anyone when she's on her game. she just needs an extended period on her game to learn how to handle pressure situations on the biggest stages (by being in them regularly)
