It says a lot about Moscow when the popular Jewish Girl and African American girl chose not to play in their Tier 1 tournament.

It says a lot about Moscow when the popular Jewish Girl and African American girl chose not to play in their Tier 1 tournament.Who wants to be in dreary Moscow when you can be at a Holiday resort setting where you are pampered, massaged all the aches away and lots of support and security.I fear for Serena she should beef up her security if she is playing in Moscow.

At least there will another top 10 player at this tourney. I love that Venus is doing well at these tournaments, but I do want to her to test herself against the top players.

Thailand is more beautiful than Russia :wavey:
Venus loves our spa and Shahar plays Bangkok and Pattaya City many times so i guess she loves here too :)

Well, Petrova doesn't play either.

Hmmm, that's pretty subjective, don't you think so? Beauty is more than just lush vegetation, massage tables and a few old temples. I'm not saying that Thailand isn't beautiful, but Russia has so much more and a different kind of beauty. I'd choose Moscow over Bangkok any day, if it comes to beauty :)

Back to the topic, it's great to see Raluca seeded for the second week in a row! :bounce:

She should reach the top 50 by the end of the year and if she improves her game and stops losing matches after being 6-1 up, she's bound to do great in 2008 :)
