Players whose career has been ruined by elbow injury

I just read that Carolina Sprem needs to have elboy sergery

I know that these players

Maya Matezvic
Iroda Tulyaganova

careers have been destroyed by elbow injury and they did not suceed in coming back after sergery. Iroda is still trying but she still didn't make it after 2 years, her chances dont look so good.

has any player ever made sucessful comeback after elbow sergery?
