Good news! It's about time we have a tennis channel.

Does anyone know if it will be available in Canada? In digital or normal cable?

thanks for the news :)

wow...I hope my local Adelphia company will offer it...I think I will bug them about it...would be nice if they could also show some old Slam matches from the past (only more womens' , wishful thinking)..ESPN "Center Court Classics" keeps showing a handful of past Slam matches over and over again. Not much variety.

My guess is it will be a digital cable channel but I don't know for sure.

They are going to show classic matches. Unfortunately, they have comitted to more men's tournaments than women's. HOW STUPID! I Kinda feel sorry for them for doing that.

Dish network better pick this up or I'm out.. but what with 40% dedicated to instructional tennis.. this seems like it's going to be a boring ass channel like the Gold Channel that shows those instructional crap.. *I never water the Golf Channel* just have to pass by it to get to the real sports channel.
