In order to loose weight a person needs to consume less calories and do more excersice. I'm definitiley doing the excercise part and was wondering if my fellow posters knew of foods that help supress hunger/urges. Water and apples work. Anything else?

Celery is good. It basically has 0 calories. Pickles too. And cucumbers I imagine.

:rolleyes: And don't take Ephedra. It's banned and can cause long-term negative health effects.

As much as I hate giving advise to you, try drinking a glass of water with some apple cider vinegar.
