The song's good, but her voice is all hoarse-sounding. I think she's doing it on purpose to express anguish, but it sounds rather grating. Overall, though, I think it's listen-worthy.

At the VMAs (which I didn't watch but saw her performance), she sang it like how a true artist should do it. Major props to her.

Her voice sounds a bit off key, but I still love this song. It's very melodic and the beats match the piano perfectly!

I like it and I think her singing is supposed to be passionate! I just don't like the screaming Ooo's at the end. :(

Hated the vocals at first, but I got used to them by the end -- good song.

Instant classic. At the moment I'm hooked on this song. I like the way she sings it, gives the song extra emotional substance.

Don't know about the song, but, she was great in
the movie 'Nanny Diaries'.

She can act very well.

Don't like it.
It's drony. It doesn't really pull you in.
I just don't feel it's that good. It's boring. The lyrics are strong but there's no connection to the music for me.

I think it needs to be remixed for it to last on the charts and Akon probably would be a suitable person for it.

I really enjoyed the other song she sang at the VMAs though.

I like Alicia. Havent heard the new song. I'll listen later.

It's a good song. Not my favorite, but I can appreciate what she's trying to do. It's just that the song feels a bit limited, musically. Even her live performance at this year's VMA's couldn't really open the song up the way she did with Fallin' and If I Ain't Got You: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_cTh1-t47Q&mode=related&search=

And I'm not sure about the decision to rework George Michael's Freedom. Ends up looking like grandstanding next to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I7uZ_mwM3pA

I like, but it's not a song I can listen to over and over again. I do think she is getting better with age. She's really grown on me.

I never realised until I heard this song that she has the type of voice that I can't stand! The type where the singer is straining throughout the song...

...but I LOVE this song. So different, and you can feel the emotion.

I like it but some one like Alicia should come up with something original. The beat is a sample of Black Eye Peas - Where is the Love.

I liked/like it, but after 9 listens, it's a little stale. Definitely her worst leading single --- "Fallin'" and "You Don't Know My Name" were a lot better.
