i thought about it yesterday
so my thoughts are

AUS-Open - they already have two roofs, and so the weather and night-sessions matches are no problem. imo they just need to be moved 2-3 weeks into February

RolandGarros - i think they need flootlight and maybe a roof

Wimbledon - will be perfect when the roof is ready

US-Open - just a roof

what yre your thoughtd to make the Grandslams better?

16 seeds(not 32):
more competitive matches in week 1
better balanced draw.

Smaller Main-Draw field:
3 Rounds and then the quarters.

Doubles:
More star players committing to play.

Wimbledon:
Move the championships to UK "high-summer" late July.
Retractable Roofs on Centre Court AND No. 1 Court
Start the championship on Saturday, full-schedule on both weekends.

Roland Garros:
Bigger gap between RG and Wimbledon.
Dig up the clay and play it on grass or hard-court.

Australian Open:
The facilities and organisation are excellent.

USO:
More Liza Minnelli and less cheesy game-shot hosts doing the closing ceremony.

Definitely reduce the number of seeds to 16 although I would keep a 128 field.

No need to change the surfaces - there's room for all four.

Whenever the roof is finished at Wimbledon - if it rains then matches of a later round including high ranked players should not be played on Centre Court ahead of unplayed ones in a previous round.

Agree the A/O should be put back to Feb/Mar and there should be at least one extra week between RG and Wimby.

Each one has it's own characteristics - I wouldn't really change them. I personally don't like the showbiz style of USO and the match scheduling but then many do.
