The surname fumble plus the security guard has given me a good chuckle this evening. Nice one Dick.

I agree. He did correct himself, thankfully. I have to say I did feel a little embarrassed for both of them. :o

I'm sure that cool 1.4 million and being US Open champ will sooth things over for her ;)

Whether it was an accident or not, it was still rude.

how can something be rude when they didn't do it intentionally? if he was doing it to hurt justine or make her feel bad, then it would be rude.

I bet Enberg hardly follows tennis outside of the one weekend of the year when he calls the US Open so I can excuse his slip as an accident.

It was better than what he did to Kim.

It was better than what he did to Kim.

What did he do?

I thought her taking the microphone was not very polite. It's one of those unspoken rules... never take the microphone.

A great deal of rudeness occurs unintentionally.

What did he do?

I thought her taking the microphone was not very polite. It's one of those unspoken rules... never take the microphone.

She asked to say something to the fans and he said okay but then didn't hand over the mike. But that isn't what I was referring to. I was referring to: "Can I hold the mike?"..."Can I hold you?"

i think Dick is getting way too old for live TV commentary. hes always confused on the game scores, realizes way after the point has finished, and just says the most obvious comments most of the time. i feel bad for the guy.

He knew alright! Check out the look on his face afterwards.
Complete satisfaction plastered all over his face! Justine should have taken her racquet and smacked his dried up crusty nutsac with it adding an "ALLEZ" to his grimacing face!

No surprise here, but it appears that--after the Clijsters incident--no one told him to cool it with the sexual talk. He has continued to discuss WTA playuers in a sexual way, sometimes making other commentators obviously uncomfortable.
