Ten Years Later.. Maybe a Rematch of the 1997 US Open Final..

Ten years after they met in the 1997 Us OPEn it looks like Venus if she continues to play the way she does and Martina Hingis might meet in the US OPEN final. WIth Sharapova bowing out in the third round and Venus' form looking spectacular we might have a REMATCH... I know I know... Venus has to beat Ivanovic, Jankovic, and blah blah blah.. but I look at it like this they also have to beat her! History is starting to repeat itself... I am seeing this final if not then maybe chakvatadze.. Either way I want my girl Vee in the final!!!

After that 97 final we ort of expected venus and hingis would play many more finals together, didn't happen.
