This is starting to get interesting.

If Chanda starts to play well in doubles, Zina is going to have a tough decision on her hands in 9 months.

Venus, Serena, Lisa, Meghann, Liezel, Lindsay, Chanda, Vania.

I wouldn't want to be one making that decision.

I really think Chanda and Jamea could be a really good team.

Hope it's a first sign of the eventual full-blown comeback. Maybe she's testing to see how her body holds up. Maybe she's trying to get more match fit before returning to singles. Maybe she's trying to sharpen her game a bit before taking a singles court, so as to not go adding a bunch of needless L's to her record.

They've got a good draw. If Chanda's in any sort of form, they could get as far as Molik/Santangelo in 3r. But, at this point, I'd accept any result without letters in it.
