I went to the officla website to find some info but her name isn't there. Is it possible she has surprised everyone and the WTA still haven't heard of her?:lol:

No.It's not that.There's a list of tennis players where Agnes is not mentioned.And whenever there's an article where her name is mentioned they don't link her name like they do with every other tennis player's.

I don't understand how the WTA doesn't pay attention to its up and coming players. If they followed the players at all, they would have known she had talent and was likely to breakthrough this year.

You know sometimes if you don't follow the whole top 100 (rather than only top 20) for a month you find yourself in a state of shock at what has happened and her ranking really jumped in the last months so i can accept her answer. I'm pretty sure she doesn't check the ranking all the time...
