why has justine lost a place in the rankings???

can someone please tell why justine is moved from 6 to 7 in the rankings? I really don't understand why...

she lost points because she reached the final in Wimbledon last year, now only the semi's.

and Dokic had a better performance then last year I think, she gained points..and jumped over Justine. :)
