There are so many few matches that Cincinnati would prefer to keep their matches in blocks rather than waste resources on such a big facility for such few matches.

yes yesterday they started Rd of 16 matches at 11:00 am. today they planned to start rd of 16 at 3:00 pm :help: But due to these rain delays it started at 4:00 pm. But hey they moved vesnina's match on to court no 3 rather than keeping it on center court. They have brains atleast.

I bet my survival on Jill because I followed Olga's match against Jidkova and she played very poor tennis. Jill seemed to be very stronger than her but apparently not and I'm very scared...
