Monday - Aiko Morigami (3rd round)
Tuesday - Relaxation Day...
Wednesday - Maria Sharapova (4th Round)
Thursday - Svetlana Kuznetsova (Quarter-Finals)
Friday - Ana Ivanovic (Semifinals)
Saturday - Justine Henin / Marion Bartoli (Final - if she wins Ana)

Kinda tough, especially with the persistant rain and stupid scheduling by Wimby organizers... but that's tennis... :tape: :tape: :tape:

I'm pretty sure the one against Morigami was Monday, so she had Tuesday off.

She played Akiko on Monday. Still a rough schedule for her in this tournament

It's not too bad though, she only played a set and half on monday..and she didn't spend too much time on court verses Sharapova or Kuznetsova.

What is amazing is that she played like crap :p her first two matches and then brilliantly since:worship: how does she do that:confused: Can she continue that blazing pace?:fiery: She'd make a good cover for the "Wheaties" cereal box:hearts: ...will her Cinderella performance get her to the finals?....I think so!

This kinda reminds me when Sampras played in 2002 at the US Open. He played a lot of tennis and had a rough draw (playign up and down as Venus does)...but it only helped his game at the end....he eventually won the tournament ;)

I actually think it's good for her, because she's really fit and I think it helps her consistency.

The fact that she's had to play successive days has helped her keep her focus and maintain her rythm. Vee needs rythm and to play to gain her form. The fact that her last two matches have been relatively short and played right into her hitting zone, has heelped to center her forehand. Her serve has been spot on. And her movement has like a gazelle, leaping and jumping with zeal!

Onward to a fourth crown!

i agree, i think she can get feel that she needs to get past by anyone. At the moment she's on a role, she got her confidence and believe back... Besides all her apponents are not used to this confident bussines woman Venus. So go kick some @SS Miss V.

I hope it rains tomorrow, so the womens final will be on Sunday.
