A small editorial from a snobby journalist.

Zero Interest
By: Leo Schofield

There is little buzz about the women's [tennis] matches. It's a foregone conclusion that the Williams sisters will share the spoils.
Watching Serena liquidate Amelie Mauresmo was a bit like observing a mean lion gobbling up a petrified Christian - although one wasn't in the crowd at the Colosseum at the time. Venus or Serena, Serena or Venus? Who knows? Who cares!

Thoughts? Mine are that he's a sexist chauvinistic pig but hey! :D

I wouldn't say it's sexist... not really... he just seems to be annoyed about their dominance of the game. Whatever, it's still interesting enough for him to write about apparently... and, well... he's very wrong... :p

Was this a newspaper article or...? Just wondering.

It is from the Sunday Telegraph (Australia). He's known to be a conservative, old fuddy-duddy.

Its not fair to generalise to all womens matches just because he finds the williams sisters boring. He sounds like a prick.
