toughish draw, the first few rounds look ok. but 4th round onwards will be tough, possible 4th round clash with serena. i'd still give safina a chance in that match given that clay is serena's weakest surface. a good early draw though.

won't even see the 2nd round if this keeps up.pitiful display so far in the 2nd

i have never been a fan of safinas at all... but i have been watchin some of the first set against fedak and i am really impressed by her pace. wen she plays a good point... she plays an amazing point :)

I went to Roland Garros yesterday, and got to see some of Dinara's match! she played amazing at the end! some top balls, and great fighting spirit!
I took a picture but it's not good quality, and my dad took one with his mobil phone, terrible quality again, but I'm gonna post them anyway!

This match will be on NBC tomorrow. So Dinara will have her biggest audience so far.

:( this draw is not good to her.

Dinara lost 62 63. She's not yet as good as the very top players

Dinara looked very nervous today and didn't play her best really, although she showed some good fight at the start of the 2nd set.

Her poor movement was exposed though, that has to be something for her to work on.

I kinda knew Dinara was going to lose, but I still kept my hopes up.

I'm watching the 2nd set, and there is a big difference in movement.
Dinara is much better when she doesn't have to move much

I thought that Dinara might take a set off Serena, but she didn't play her best today :sad:

Round of 16 - still a good result! Tough draw w/ Serena but if she could have had a good tennis day she could have beaten her!!
