Gosh, I remember some of these songs so well ("Hold On" by Wilson Phillips has just entered my head... Hold Ooooon... :) ). I used to love listening to the charts, taping my favourite songs off the radio, watching the music TV shows ("Top of the Pops", "The Chart Show"- it's just not the same these days... *whiiine* ) (shut UP, woman... *message to self* ;) ).

I did find mine, it was Peter Frampton with Show me the way (live), topping the Dutch Top 40.

I also found the one for the Flanders part of Belgium. It was Sutherland Brothers & Quiver - Arms of Mary, topping the BRT Top 30.
